hey everyone,

This is related to a recent post, but I just don't know where to find how how to edit certain aspects of pages. For example on my site
http://www.prairiehomelistings.com/search/featured  , I look at the page source and I know exactly what to edit, but I can't find where to do so.

Hi,

Basically I just want to change the color of the heading fonts that I can't access through admin. Featured Listings page, search for home link, search for rental link, and main page (i'm pretty sure i can change the main page myself).  I want to change the color to #3399cc.

Sorry, wrong reply.

I need to change the "state" to "province" in the listings display heading. I also would like to include province field in each listing (not just city, price, year built property type).

Hi Roshan,

If I understand your issue correctly, you need to remove the State field from all display forms and replace it with the Province field of the list type. You, of course, need to pre-populate the Province field and ensure the field displayed in the 'drop no filter' format to ensure that all the provinces are displayed, not only the ones for which listings exist. I hope this helps,

Hi Sergei,

Not in the database (i got that figured out some time ago) but the word "state" up at the top of each search result.. You know in bold blue it says Price, State, City up at the top of the search results? I need to change the word "state" to province and can't seem to find where I need to go do that.

Oh I see, I did go to your website and found that thing. Our engineers said that you need to modify the search_result_block.tpl in the /system/modules/classifieds/user/templates/default_template_name/search_result_block.tpl. In that code you'll simply need to remove or comment out the cell that has to do with the State. If you need to, you may replace the "SetOrderBy (database_field_id)" for the State with the database field ID of the field you may need to sort by.

Hope this helps
