I paid for the standard version so I would get support, yet my emails go unanswered.
I am getting very frustrated with the poor service from irealtysoft.
Anyone else with similar problems with this company, please email me at mike@dwellgreen.com so we can discuss possible action.

Dear Mike,

I do understand your frustration regarding our lack of support on the 21st. I also understand that my saying that there was a public holiday that day is not a very good excuse simply because we seem to have too many public holidays in our calendar anyway. However, the local labor laws make it very difficult for us to keep our office going during public holidays.

We have already discussed the issue of support with you in our emails and the only thing I can say now is that we will try our best to respond to our clients' concerns as soon as we can. In the event you feel that you are neglected please send me an email and I'll see what I can do about it.
