Great one, Gman.  Here's how you do it:

In /system/modules/classifieds/classes/type_declarations/10-gallery.php, lines 3-6:

Code:
define ("PIC_WIDTH", "350");
 define ("PIC_HEIGHT", "300");
 define ("THUMB_WIDTH", "100");
 define ("THUMB_HEIGHT", "75");

Set your own parameters for pics and thumbnails.

Hope it works

This is useful, but what about the existing listings and thumbnails? Is there a way to cause the database / gallery module to regenerate all of the thumbnails from the original images so they will be the correct size? It does no good to change the thumbnail size if I cannot make the system regenerate the images to be the correct dimensions.

Please help! (Thanks in advance)
