Features (that will be good for iAuto & iRealty) are:

* Dealer Price Plan,
where admin can set a price plan for X amount of $ (regular & featured) for X amount  # of ads for X amount of pictures for X amount of Days
also maybe a way admin can make the dealer plan have a link (on the main ad) such as "view my cars" that directs them to all there cars listed on the site

* Users need to be able to delete they ads permanently from there "my ads" 

* Admin can set a character amount limit for the Sellers Comments box

* Admin Panel needs log out button

* Optional View Counter on Ads, so users can see how many times there ad was viewed (admin can allow or disallow this in the form)

* (Admin) Easier viewing / editing of Users and there Ads,
Under users list, maybe it should displayed the users in different groups by price plan and when you click the edit button on a user it should show there registered info and all of there ads placed with dates, where you can edit or delete them
