Hi,

there is a problem with the stastic pages. Whenever we have a large text, it gets truncated. Is there any limitation on how many characters a static page can have? Also we would like the following: when we deactivate an expired listing, is there any way for an email to be automatically be sent to the user in order for him/her to know that the listing ID  has been deactivated and that he/she has to re-enable it?

Thank you,

Minas

apn3a,

Nice to hear you again!
Do you have the same access credentials to your site as I have? If you set new logins\passwords, please send them to me, I will fix you issue with static pages formatting.

Regarding the "scroll out of the window" issue, I had the same thing and iAUTO fixed it for me.

Regarding the Deactivated Listing email: In addition to the expired listing email, it would also be nice to be able to send an email X days prior to expiration where X is variable.

Regards,
Lou

Hey,

If you go to the static pages and try editing the one labeled "check/" by adding more to what's already there, it won't show up.  There's still a cut off as to the number of characters allowed in the page.  Also, now I can't add anymore static pages, I was only able to add one as ID 0 and from there on I can't put anymore.

Thanks,
Minas

You were unable to create new static page because the "id" db field had no "auto_increment" property. We fixed this. Can you please check if the text is still cut off?

It's still cutting them off.  If you go to the static page labeled "oroi/" and try adding words on to the text that is already there, you'll notice that it will not show up after making the change.

Hey,

any luck with this? also, I just noticed that this is probably left over from before when trying to add the static pages, that now if you go to "Display Forms" and try to modify ID 80, you'll notice you can't add anymore items, it's doing that ID 0 thing again.

Please help me out with this,
Minas

Hi,

I noticed that i can't even add more than 1 picture per listing anymore and that it doesn't show up when saved.  Can you please let me know all the files you've modified so that I can replace them.

Dear Minas,

We are busy with your issue now, I set a "Top priority" sign to it. Your problem is very strange...
