I've edited the CSS stylesheet a million times to make the changes I want, but something just won't work.

On all the Forms, Featured Listings, etc., the font is huge. It doesn't matter that I even went through and set all the fonts to "12px" just to see where the trouble is, it's still enormous in comparison to the rest of my site. Am I missing something? Screenshot for specificity:

Please try to change the following:
line 159
td.form_request_item {width:150;}
td.form_request_item {width:150;font-size:9px;}
at design.css.
