Hello; when I am installing Irealty, I am getting some CHMOD errors; I correct those errors but end up with two final files/folders I am undble to either locate or CHMOD to 8777. It's looking for /templates and /admin/templates. There are a lot of buried folders with those names but none in the root directory. I have changed the entire folder to 777 but still the installation won't go past this point.

Any thoughts? Huh
