I've found that if I add a listing thru the admin and someone trys to send an email about the listing I don't get the email. The only way the 'Contact Broker' email works from the listing page is if I add listings as a user and not as an admin. How can I set it up so that listings added by the admin will get emails?

"Administrator" is not a "user", that is why he does not have an email address. Unfortunately, I cannot explain you how you may yourself set up an email for admin, because it will take much time and efforts. But we can create this feature for you. Please let me know if you are interested.
