Auto Trader.com - Cars.com - Auto Mart - and so on....

Is there a way to set up a "Feed" for dealerships that subscribe to my services... so that my iauto site will auto feed thier inventory to these trypes of sites?

Thanks in advance.

Ken,

There is no DMS interface (perhaps this is planned for future releases), however, most service providers accept listings in excel as long as all of the fields are present.

This is why it is important for the Export function to properly export all listing fields (including the Photo Gallery), which it does not.  See:
http://forum.iautosoftware.com/index.php/topic,209.0.html

I root-caused and fixed several of the bugs already, however, three major areas remain.  After being told by iAuto support this functionality would be fixed and a ticket was created on August 9th, I received final email response from support on September 14 that if I wanted the export functionality to include the listing photos and the correct weblink address, I would be required to pay a fee for the incremental development.

I am not thrilled with the breaking of commitments and my having to implement functionality that should be present.

Good luck in your quest.
Regards,
Lou
