I have posted a lot of questions with no responces.

Also, I purchased to $500.00 version of your software, and I still had to go in and remove all of your iauto logos and trademarks myself. multiple times. Maybe a refund of some of my 500.00 as I realize I didnt need to spend that much on my site.

Dear Ken,

Thank you for your post. Let me answer your questions one by one.

You purchased the Standard Edition. As part of this package, you are entitled to 6 months of support. I am aware of the fact that you received assistance and answers to your questions from our support.

Additionally, as part of free services for this package, you are entitled to a free template customization service. This service allows you to order the mods of the look and feel of our software to match your design with our default functionality. Please be advised that we have no free admin panel customization services offered as part of the Standard Edition.

Third, our End User License Agreement that you have read, understood and agreed to when ordering the software (http://www.iautosoftware.com/license.html), in its section "RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER -> Marks and Notices" explicitly states that the user:

"must not remove or alter copyright notices on the Software without the explicit consent of the Owner (that is us).

You agree to ensure that all marks, copyright notices and legends pertaining to the origin, identity or ownership of the Software remain intact and clearly legible in the software source code. The User may request the Owner, and be granted the right to, modify or remove such marks, notices or legends on the templates and frond-end interface components, but the php source code must have such marks, notices or legends intact. "

I do not recall your request to modify or remove the logos from the template, however, I would most certainly grant you this privilege  if you so require as the Standard Edition user (there is a fee of $119 for this service for the Special Edition users). At the same time, it is not our responsibility to do it for you, as you are free to do it yourself (with the above in mind). We do remove the Powered by link from the front-end templates when our Standard Edition clients request us to, and we sell this right to other parties that intend to present our software as the product of their labor, which in fact it obviously is not.

Our Standard Edition is a packaged deal sold as-is. We have a Special Edition that has all those items sold separately for people like you that prefer to do all customizations themselves. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, I can downgrade your version from the Standard Edition to the Special Edition if you choose to do that, but the extra services that the Standard Edition offers for free will have to be priced (such as the Powered by link removal that you have used) and included in the total bill, and I can refund you the balance. Please send a message to our sales account and I'll be more than happy to resolve this matter with you.

I would really like an answer to some of my questions posted here on this forum. Maybe I should just email these questions to your support. That may be my problem, not getting the question to the right place.
