Hi for some reason, I am unable to get into the admin area now.
I have viewed a person's last response about this.

They said go into phpmyadmin, goto administrator and delete the password form
then login as admin with no password.

I tried this with no luck, still cannot log in.
Any ideas in how i am going to see my admin backend?
regards

Hello,

In case you've forgot your password for admin panel, you should insert empty value to the "password" field of the "administrator" table of your iAuto data base. After that you can login using the value set in the "username" field of the administrator table (it could be "admin" or anything else).

Please check if you done everything correct. In case you still have this problem, please contact our support at support@iautosoftware.com.

Hello,

I cannot longer log into the admin portion of my iautosoftware web site.

I read and applied your recommendation from the forum, but it didn't work (I whipped out the encrypted password of the admin account - that field is now empty).
I also inserted a new admin account using SQL code, but I couldn't login either.
Here is the SQL code I entered in the phpmyadmin:

Can you please let me know how I should manage to get in to the admin section of my site?

Below is you recommendation from your web site's forum:
What do you mean by: you should insert empty value to the "password" field.
And how do you want us to insert that empty value?

Thanks for your quick feedback because otherwise my site is no longer functional.

Thanks
Samuel

You can input any value to the "password" field, it will be your new password.
