hey i just this thing working and started to populate the system with properties. just one issue. you can only add 10 listings. this is a bit weird. i look about o find out how i could change it to more or even less but i could not find anywhere to do it. i know i can change it in the database but i prefer not too.

Hello,
To change the listing ammount alowed by the membership plan, you should change the "Listing Amount" setting of your membership plan in the "User Managemant / Membership Plans" section in the admin panel. To get more info about working with membership plans please take a look to iRealty user manual located in the doc folder of your package. You can alsou fond user manual here: http://docs.irealtysoft.com/doc40/UserManual/index.html .

okay, i tried that before. thats the option that made the most sense to me. must be an error with the cms because i change that and i still can't add any properties. i might send a message to support .

how old is this cms? did it just get released? i only ask because i seem to be the only person in this forum with this version.

cheers Ads

Hello
I think you should register and subscribe to your plan again to make this work, since for subscription based plans system keeps plan parameters (such as number of listing) that was set at the time of subscription. So, if you subscribed to the plan (of subscription based type) with listing amount = 10, and after that changed listing amount to 20, you still have a limitation of 10 listings until you subscription expires and you subscribe again.

Regarding your second question: the new version of our system was released about two months ago, and most of our clients communicate directly with support, and don't use this forum. But we're always glad to see any suggestions and comments here.

I like to post in forums so others can find guidance with there issues. Rather than keeping it all private.
