Question (1)
If you see the form "Find Your Car", there is a field call 'Search Within: then dropdown list , of Zip and then input text box.

Could you please tell me how and where can I change the word "of Zip"


Question (2)
How can I remove the field name "State" from dealer registration form.

1. You can change the word "of Zip" by editing the Site Layout -> Module Templates  > Classifieds engine  > quick_search.tpl. Find the line [[FormFieldCaptions!of Zip]].
2. You can remove the field name "State" from the dealer registration form by User Management -> User Groups -> Dealer -> Edit User Profile Fields.
