Hi All,

I am having a problem with the auto notification of new properties.  I have ticked all the necessary boxes in the admin panel and enabled auto notify for saved searches but when a new property is added I do not get an email.

Is there something obvious I have not done?  Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Thanks for any help, Jen

You need to configure the Cron Task Scheduler. You can find a manual at http://customers.worksforweb.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=91

Yes, it should work this way. In this case task_scheduler will work every time when the template is called.
