Hi,
I downloaded from here the theme

http://customers.worksforweb.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=43&nav=0,4
and I uploaded also changed permissions to 777 and I receive the error message

Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir 'system/cache/smarty/user/irealty3' does not exist, or is not a directory. in /home/mydomain/public_html/demo/system/ext/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

any idea?

need anything else except to upload?

As informed from support need  to create a new dir in the /system/cache/smarty/user/irealty3

Yes, right and the /system/cache/smarty/user/irealty3 folder must also have chmod 777
