Hello,

You should configure a CRON job for task_scheduler.php. You can refer to the following article in our knowledgebase at http://customers.worksforweb.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=39 in order to do that.

If you want the Task Scheduler to delete listings instead of deactivate you can do the following:

Open /system/user-scripts/miscellaneous/task_scheduler.php, find and replace the line

ListingManager::deactivateListingBySID($expired_listing_id);

with

ListingManager::deleteListingBySid($expired_listing_id);

save the file.

Yes, cron task is like a task scheduler in Windows. it automates tasks that you would do manually otherwise. So please go ahead and set up your cron job to be able to have the system automatically expire and renew listings, etc.

The link to the Cron configuration article:

http://customers.worksforweb.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=91

>Fatal error:Call to undefined method PEAR_Error::getLang() in /...public_html/system/ext/I18N/Translation2AdminWrapper.php on line 66

It is hard to say what that might be without an URL of the product. You can submit a ticket to iAuto support at support@iatosoftware.com regarding this issue.
