hi guys i got uk post code on csv file how do i uploaded into my i auto software please can some one help me pls.

You can import the UK postal codes via the Admin Panel -> System Configuration -> Geographic Data -> Import data from file.

 ???although i have seen a few csv uk post code downloads can any one recomend a particular one, also can any one tell me what to put in the Geographic Data fields when i import the csv  post code file Lips Sealed

I can't recommend particular databases. However here is the link where you can purchase the full one: http://www.inethq.com/product/12/mysql/uk-postcode-database/. Any postal code database should contain the data formatted in three columns: ZIPCode | Latitude |  Longitude.

In Geographic Data fields (when adding a listing for example) you should put the UK postal code, like SW12 8BL.
