I want to change the server that my site is hosted

I did the backup of the system and the database, how should I proceed to install the system on the new server without losing my settings?

1. You will need to import the db dump (backup) file to a newly created MySQL database at your new server.
2. Upload the product files to a new server and edit the system\admin-config\LocalSettings.php and system\user-config\LocalSettings.php in which you can change the SITE_URL (if will change the domain) and MySQL connection settings.
3. The site should work if you will not change the domain.

When backing up your database in Phpmyadmin what boxes should be checked?
so that if you had to restore your DB or transfer servers to a complete new DB it will all work correctly.
Example under Structure what to check?
Add Drop Table
Add If Not Exists
Add Auto_Increment value
Enclose table & field names with backquotes
.... ect ...
Under Data what to check?
.....
Export type - insert
...
