Hello,
I'm currently in researching for a real estate script for upcoming project.  I'd appreciate it if you can answer the following questions.  So far, your script offers the most features that I need for the project.

1) Is your script developed by your company or is this a licensed script from a 3rd company?

2) Where can I find the volume pricing chart?

3) Can we customize the source code for our own needs?
