hi

Theres a huge problem with the quicksearch, it just search between houses (properties) that are for SELL, what happens with the properties that are for RENT ?
how you search between rentals by price, type of property, state Huh from the quick search ?

i was trying to place a field in the quick search area for type of offer (rental or sell) how that can be possible ?

thanks

In "irealty" theme, the quick_search form is specified like follows in the main.tpl:
{module name="classifieds" function="search_form" form_template="quick_search.tpl" listing_type_id="HomesForSale"}

You can remove the listing_type_id parameter and it will search all listing types.

Please note that in this case the form must use only common fields located in Admin Panel -> Listing Fields.
