To configure PayPal Standard, fill out the following system settings in the System Configuration -> System Settings with values of your existing Paypal account:

CURRENCY_CODE  – currency code used by PayPal (USD, EUR, GBP etc.)

PAYPAL_ACCOUNT_EMAIL – the email of your Paypal account

PAYPAL_RECEIVER_EMAIL – the value should be the same as for PAYPAL_ACCOUNT_EMAIL

USE_SANDBOX_FOR_PAYPAL - this option allows you to turn the Paypal Sandbox on or off

USE_SANDBOX_FOR_PAYPAL can have two values, on or off, where on – Sandbox (virtual transactions mode) is enabled, no payments go to your account, and off – Sandbox is disabled, all payments go to your account)

After saving new settings, all payments via Paypal will go through your Paypal account. In order to find our more about Paypal Sandbox, visit the Paypal website at http://www.paypal.com/.
