Hi all, just wondered if anybody here is hosting iAuto 4.6.x on Plesk 9.x.
I am presentley hosting on cPanel and have no problems excpt with DNS timeouts when uploading Listings.xls files. As the links in the file refer to http links it takes a while to import the listings, especially when some have 9 or more pictures . each http link has to have a DNS lookup and then get the picture file info. As you can imagine it takes time, added to this the fact that our website was about to grow quite large with thousands of listings. So we got a dedicated server with Plesk 9.2 and performed the backup anmd restore of the site and DB. After transfering the site we had a slight License issue which was rectified by iAuto support. After this we have had the continuous problem with certain pages appearing blank. All static pages show and we can get into the admin control section. However when we try to display pages on the frontend such as homepage, run search queries etc , basically any page theat converses with the DB or is ioncube encoded, all we get is blank pages or Internall server error ( we have added RewriteBase /  into htaccess).....

We realy would like to use this server so I thought I would ask if anybody has run into this problem or if anybody runs  iAuto on plesk if they could share there server config settings with me as I am convinced it is a server config Issue

at present I have all the required software in place according to iAuto support and I concurrr. One thing I have noticed is that I have to run PHP as a Fast CGI Application under Plesk as otherwise no pages show at all.

Apologies for the long post...

This is the error log entries when I try to access an Ioncube encoded page

[Fri Nov 20 15:55:40 2009] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning:  current() [<a href='function.current'>function.current[/url]]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/vhosts/jedski.co.uk/httpdocs/system/core/DB.php on line 172

[Fri Nov 20 15:55:43 2009] [error] [client 94.171.144.22] Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer: http://www.jedski.co.uk/search/

I don't know enough to understand the errors, however I have noticed that the line No in the errors is different everytime I access the pages.

I dont beleive there are errors in this file as I have tried with the site backup and a fresh install of iAuto so it kinda looks like it is how the file is being interrupted, which says server config to me..
Anyhow any feedback on this would be welcomed.. Thanks

Also just wanted to say thanks to iAuto support people who have helped endlesly with this but to no avail, this isn't a software issue so it is out of my support contract limitations but  thanks for their support so far with this...
