I'm using a trial version to test before I actually purchase the software. What I've notice was in the "Seller Info" section for agent, it does not
display an agent's trading name.

Can somebody please show me how to add the agent's trading name just between the seller's name and the contact number?

First you need to have this field ("TradingName") for Agents User Group.

Then you can add it to listing_details.tpl as follows:
{$listing.user.TradingName}

Use the existing code there as an example.
