Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA) For New Zealand

The REAA 2008 comes into full effect in November 2009 and it's required all licensed agents must display "Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA)"
in all their listings and in the agent's info.

Can admin and/or members show me how to add an agent's licence number txt input field in the registration form for agent
and as well automatically display agent's license number and the phrase of "Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA)" in the Agent Info?

Example format: In the registration form for agent.

Agency Website:
Agency Logo:
License #: ____Txt Input Box____  (* required Field)
"Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA)"   (with a check box so an agent can check and display the phrase in the Agent Info).

After you add the field "REAA2008" to Agents registration form, you can add the condition in listing_details.tpl:
