I've noticed that very frequently, the irealty script keeps on crashing and files are corrupted without any input from anyone.

This seems to have become a very regular occurrence and wonder what the problem is or if anyone is actually trying to fix it.

I have only been using this script for a short while and I've already had several crashes.

Admittedly one of them was my mistake for changing the index file but the rest happened without input from me.

Sadly I have had to look elsewhere for help on trying to get my site back online as the staff are reluctant to help.  Roll Eyes

Someone from digitalforum and another member from sitepoint are trying to help but not sure how it will pan out.

Another error was that prior to the crash, the irealty control panel stopped allowing edits so everything had to be done from the host CP.
I can't begin to explain to you how annoying that was and now that the script has finally croaked, it is only right that it gets a fitting burial.

RIP Irealty script.

Seems like once you buy the script, it's a case of "hook, line and sinkerCry

Peter, you've been using iRealty for more than 6 months happily and even inserted a Special Thanks page for all Tech Support Dept. and Customization team for the assistance and service which we provided you with.

It is so sad for me to be aware of the fact that you do not want to cooperate with our company as it is accepted all over the civilized community and pay for the service which you would like to get.

After spending more than $1000 this is the end result: View Here

How can you feel sad,I'm the one who lost all the money, not you. Huh
All I asked is for you to help to get the site online but was refused.
I did not know that people could be so unkind in this world, but we live and learn I guess.  Sad

Peter,

I am very disappointed of your dishonest attitude towards our company.

We have restored and fixed your site for dozens of time.
We have 339 email messages from you in 85 tickets, and we answered to all of them and provided with a high-quality tech support service.

Have you mentioned this fact in any of your posts? No. What a disgrace from your side.

Why can't you be honest in public? Why can't you say: "I'm unable to fix my site and I do not want to pay to anyone to get it fixed so somebody do it for me for free".

Shame on you.

I should hope so after spending a large amount of money contracting a programmer/developer to fix all the errors and bugs.  Roll Eyes
