Hi.

I get the following errors when I run task_scheduler.php

Warning: filemtime() [function.filemtime]: stat failed for templates/beta/miscellaneous/../email_templates/expired_listings_report.tpl in /home/propeoc1/public_html/system/core/TemplateSupplier.php on line 73

Warning: file_get_contents(templates/beta/miscellaneous/../email_templates/admin_expired_contracts_and_listings_report.tpl) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/propeoc1/public_html/system/core/TemplateSupplier.php on line 62

I can't find either of the two TPL files specified in your original Zip file for Irealy 7.8.

Please advise

I have found the two missing files in your latest release, Irealty 7.8.1 and they seem to be working.
