Hi
I am new to your software.

I able to register with several user names with the SAME email address.

This means one email address(one real person) can have several user groups, membership plans, etc.
Is this intentional?
Is this a bug?
Can the admin ? turn this on or off?

Yes. In the v.3 (as I remember correctly...) different users were unable to use the same email. We had a lot of complains from our clients.
