Hello,
1. I am using version 4.0, you can upgrade to the latest version of iRealty. What should I do.
2. How can I set to show more than 5 ads - Featured ads

Hello miraco.
1. I suggest you to contact our customization department to make this upgrade.
2. I am not sure if it will work for your version but now you can make it from admin area >> site pages - choose homepage and edit number_of_rows and number_of_cols  for featured listings block.
