Hi,

I'm only new to iAuto and have a few questions regarding customisation on the site. All seems to be going fairly well but I'm having trouble finding the solution to a few problems.

Firstly I'm using a copy of the iauto3 Theme.

On the front page the Quick Search block doesnt seem to be picking up the parameters to the Make and Model. I have it setup nearly the same as the Car category but instead of the MakeModel field I have called this one MakeModelBike with Make, Model as the sub fields. Well the trouble is this works for the search function and elsewhere but I cant get it to work in the quick-search.tpl  Here is the code - only thing I changed was MakeModelBike on the two lines:

                        <tr><td>[[FormFieldCaptions!Make]]:</td><td>{search property=MakeModelBike template=tree_level_1.tpl}</td></tr>
         <tr><td colspan="2" height="7" ></td></tr>
         <tr><td>[[FormFieldCaptions!Model]]:</td><td>{search property=MakeModelBike template=tree_level_2.tpl}</td></tr>
         <tr><td colspan="2" height="7" ></td></tr>

I dont know why this doesn't work?

Hello Greg.
I have found and fixed problem. In Site pages >> homepage parameter category_id was Motorcycle instead of Motorcycles as in your Category name.
Please check it.

Hi Arthur,

Thanks for finding and fixing that for me, much appreciated.

It also answered my next question "Browse by Style" - wasn't sure where to fix the 404 problem as I couldn't find BodyStyle in any of the .tpl files where I thought it might be hiding - didn't think to look in the "Site Pages".

Thank you   Grin
