Hi,

I have configured in my admin panel, system email and notification email addrersses created on with my domainname and disabled user's registration from immediate activation.

When a user tries to register, the system says "Registration is almost complete. Please check your mailbox for an activation email containing further instructions"

However, the user does not get any email to completed the registration.

Wondering if there's something I'm not doing. I see the registratin pending and always have to manually activate...not nice!

Please help.

Unless I am missing something;
One  user(buyer) may register with several Ids and one email address.
Example:
Id =john  email address gruk@somethingx
Id =Fred emai address  gruk@somethingx

Is there a way to only allow only one id  per email address.

Why is this relevant?

I have noted that when, I have an old registration notice in my google inbox,
that a new registration notice will not have a "select to register" message.

So if in this particular posting the complainer has more than one registration notice in his inbox, that subsequent registration notice emails
will be incomplete.

Hello,
Our system uses sendmail PHP function to send activation mail. So I suggest you to contact your hosting company and ask them why messages does not sends. Check logs of sendmail and reconfigure it.
