Hi.
we are still in testing mode regarding http://www.propertieshomeandaway.co.uk/

We have created packages with a silver package including the slide show feature. On adding a property to the silver package the slide show facility does not show on the property listing when displayed.

Help appreciated.

Hello John,
Slideshow feature should be activated by listing owner on my listings page. Only after it slideshow will be active.

Hi Arthur.
I cannot see any feature regarding the slideshow on the my listings page. I have submitted a link to a screen shot for you.

I have just spoken to the client and he added the listing himself as a paid listing but has not completed the transaction.

The listing has not been paid for. Would this prevent the slide show feature from showing?

Hello John,
Of course. If he have submitted paid listing, before he will complete payment listing will not be active. And without activation of listing you can not activate slide show.

The listing was activated and everything seemed to be correct but still no slideshow appearing on the listing s page.

I have now added a new listing through admin, and this still does not show a slideshow on the new property listing page!

This is becoming very tiresome and we really need some help.

This feature worked on your site, but text муц slide show is white and without background color it is invisible. I have entered background color so now you can see муц slide show button here http://www.propertieshomeandaway.co.uk/listing/285/test_test_UK.html?searchId=4d535cde025dc
You can remove this listing and test user after checking.
