Dear Rod,

We've already taken a look at your issue. It is a PHP5 issue, our software does not fully support php5 at this time (please see our minimum requirements on our website), it works on some servers, but not on all servers. I have already called you and left a message on your machine about you contacting our support to discuss the ways to help you out. The easiest would be to request your hosting to downgrade a php version from 5 to 4, and this will solve everything.  We've already tried one of the alternatives, i.e. work with your installation on php5, but it seems that we couldn't fix it. Please contact our support and they'll guide you through the rest.

Thanks,
iRealty Sales
